Amazing how a glimpse of one's pets in a state of rest can just melt away any anxiety, sadness, etc. I can be in the foulest mood possible, yet if I come across one of my dogs in mid-snooze, I'm a brighter and happier guy by leaps and bounds. I guess the idea is that if they're content enough to catch a nap, what's my problem?

Amen, Mr. Gaita.
